These Terms of Use apply to Birdie's Coffee Co.’s website—browsing, sending a form, and buying or reloading a gift card here. By accessing or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information on the site.

1. Using the website

You can use the site to learn about Birdie's, see the menu, find hours, get in touch, share employment interest, and manage gift cards. We update the site from time to time, and it may be down occasionally.

Please don’t use the website for anything unlawful, try to interfere with it, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, or send fraudulent or abusive submissions.

2. Menu, hours, and other information

Menu items, prices, availability, photographs, hours, and “coming soon” information can change. The menu is pulled from our Clover catalog and can take a little time to catch up. Photos are examples. Website information may not always reflect the most current information at the shop.

3. Food allergies and dietary information

Ingredient, allergen, and dietary information on this website is for general informational purposes and may change. Food and beverages may contain or come into contact with common allergens. If you have allergies or dietary concerns, please speak with a Birdie's team member before ordering.

4. Forms

Contact and employment forms go to our team. We’ll use what you send to reply and, if you asked about a job, to follow up. Checking the consent box means we may call or email you about that request or about employment opportunities. An employment form is a way to say you’re interested—not a job offer. Submitting it does not guarantee an interview, employment, or any particular response.

5. Gift cards

You can check a balance, reload a card, or buy a virtual gift card on this website. Payment for purchases and reloads is handled through Clover’s checkout system, not directly by our website. Clover and other third-party services may have their own terms and privacy practices.

• Birdie's gift cards do not expire.
• We do not charge dormancy, inactivity, maintenance, or similar fees on gift cards.
• Gift cards can be redeemed in store at Birdie's. You can also check a balance, reload a card, or buy a virtual card on this website.
• Existing Birdie's gift cards can be reloaded on this website.
• Once payment is completed and a card is issued or reloaded, the purchase is generally final, except as required by law. If you have a question about a gift-card purchase, contact us or speak with a team member in the shop.
• Lost or stolen cards are handled case by case—please speak with a team member.
• Treat gift-card numbers and security codes like cash. To the extent permitted by law, Birdie's is not responsible for unauthorized use of a lost or stolen gift card.
• Balances come from Clover and may be temporarily delayed or unavailable if Clover’s systems are unavailable.
• Use an email you can access. Virtual card details are sent there after payment goes through.
• A purchase or reload finishes after Clover confirms payment and the card is issued or loaded.

Gift cards bought here are for Birdie's. You’re welcome to give one as a gift.

6. Links and other services

The website uses Clover for gift cards and payment checkout, and may send you to Google Maps, Facebook, or similar sites. Birdie's doesn’t control those websites or services, including their availability, content, or privacy practices. They have their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Our content

Text, photographs, logos, graphics, and other original website content are owned by or licensed to Birdie's. You’re welcome to browse and share links. Sharing a link does not grant permission to reproduce or commercially use Birdie's copyrighted content, logos, photographs, or other protected material.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Birdie's does not guarantee that the website will always be available, accurate, complete, current, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Birdie's and its owners, employees, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the website.

9. Ohio law and updates

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

If one provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms. Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
